All personalised items will be made to order and are not held in stock. Despatch is normally wihin 14 days and your item will be sent to you by either First Class mail or by Courier. We will make every effort to despatch your goods within this timespan but occassionally delays do occurbut should this happen we will advise you by email.

Non-personalised items will normally be despatched within 5 working days, however during busy periods this may extend to 10 working days so please bear with us if this occurs but we will advise you by email if there is going to be a longer delay as should this occur then you are fully entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

International deliveries will take longer but we would expect you to have received them within 21 days. Please note that you are responsiblefor payment of any tax and duties levied by the authorities of your country on the items when they enter your country.

Returns & Exchnages

On receipt of your order you should immediatley check all items and if there are any shortages or damages thesemust be reported to us by email within 48 hours. If items need to be returned this should be done within 14 days of receipt and they should arrive back with us in good condition with the original packaging material.

No goods should be returned without prior agreement with us. Once agreedthe goods should be returned within 14 days in the condition that you received them in and with their original packaging material. On receipt we will either replace free of charge or refund. If a refund is issued as a result of faulty/damaged goods we will refund the full purchase price + costage costs plus the costs involved in returning the goods to us.

Refunds and cancellations are not available on personalised items if the items have already been started -however we will review each request sympathatically and do our utmost to assist the purchaser at all times.
